Have a Manufacturer’s Warranty?
If your appliance was purchased within the last 12 months, it should be covered by the one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, but you will be required to show proof of purchase at the time of service. Service calls to correct the installation of your major appliance, instruct you to use your major appliance, replace or repair house fuses, or correct house or plumbing issues are not covered by the one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty and must be paid for upon completion of the service visit.
Appliance Labor
We charge by the quarter hour by appointment. Extra charges may be incurred for tight spaces, stairways, handrails, narrow doorways, removal of doors, disassembling appliances to get them in, other obstacles, seized-up connectors, pipes, or any other type of obstacle.
